The Virtual Hope Box (VHB) is a smartphone application specifically designed as a companion to treatment for patients and their behavioral health providers. The VHB offers a range of simple tools aimed at assisting patients with coping, relaxation, distraction, and positive thinking. Furthermore, patients have the flexibility to use the VHB outside of the clinical setting, adding or modifying content as necessary.

The VHB offers an array of positive activity planning tools, distraction techniques, and interactive relaxation exercises such as guided imagery, controlled breathing, and muscle relaxation.
